after watching it 2nd time you can actually figure it out by the first episode, the trouble is the names they mention don’t mean anything yet so you sorta gloss over it. there’s literally one scene where the lioness of Cintra is murdered and then in the next scene, they say “oh lioness of Cintra just won her first battle” and the mage dude says to her granddaughter “decades ago they locked girls in castles and killed them for being born at a certain time” and in the other part of episode it’s the active plot. Oh yeah, I watched Turn so fast bc I didn’t stop watching it if I could help it. It’s such a good show! I don’t watch all that much “regular” tv anymore, but I love that show. I cannot wait for next season to start. The creative economy (artists, entrepreneurs, craft makers, etc.) often flock to communities where it’s openly embraced and where the cost of living/doing business is low. It’s what happened in Portland, Austin, and many other cities around the country. It’s what’s happening in Detroit and Flint as well.
